As per President Loeb’s endorsement of Article 5, Government – Section 2, Membership Meetings “A quorum of fifteen members in good standing is required to open a meeting for the transaction of lawful business.”
If a quorum is not met, a special meeting will be held to ratify the Gusman Center for the Performing Arts agreement and discuss the Global Spectrum for the Miami Beach Convention Center agreement.
