We would like to advise those who participate on the Plan
C Medical Reimbursement Program and who have acceptable medical coverage
other than the I.A.T.S.E. Health Plans of an important change some have
failed to note. You must now prove annually that you have acceptable
medical coverage. (See your 4th Quarter CAPP Statement) If you did
not do so by December 15, 2007, the Fund office may have automatically
enrolled you in Plan C-2 or Plan C-3 and deducted the premium from your CAPP
account. Please make sure you check your 4th Quarter statement.
