2016-17 ID Badge Renewal Procedure
500 ID Badges are mandatory.
You can renew your Local 500 ID Badge using one of the following methods:
Download, print and complete
all forms and mail them along
with a self addressed stamped
contact Local 500's office at (954) 202-2624 to schedule an
to save yourself some time, you may download the necessary forms in advance and
bring the completed forms with you on your appointment date.
Sept. 1, 2014 please note that if any worker who does not have a current Local 500
ID badge will not be called for work.
Any rigger who is interested in working for PSAV, please contact the Local 500
office. To work with PSAV, you must complete a background check and drug
screening. The PSAV hiring list is still open.
